Yoga Foundations Perfect for beginners and anyone wanting to refine and cultivate a sustainable yoga practice. Connect to your breath, find proper alignment, and move with awareness to strengthen your body and deepen your practice.

Wake & Flow Move with breath, strength, and presence in this intermediate Vinyasa flow class designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications are made for all levels of practice.

Carve & Core Challenge yourself in this 50 minute class that includes a blend of yoga flow and Pilates precision featuring planks, boat and core strengthening variations that tone the mid section, improve posture, and enhance overall stability.
